Not worth the price.

Pros: location
Cons: See notes regarding our experience.
Location: Location served the purpose for the reason we were in Philadelphia.
Overall, hotel was okay, but disappointing when you factor in the price. Everything was an extra fee if you were not a Diamond or some other gem member. Advertised as free Wi-Fi, but when I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi on my tablet, I received a message stating it was free "for one day", and $10 and some odd cents per day for more than that. I did not get this same message when I connected on my phone, however it kept kicking me off if I wasn't using it. For the price not even a micro-fridge in the room, which we have found pretty standard in our other traveling. Graded staff as "Good", which was the case for most. The staff in the dining room were disappointing. The waitress forgot my lemon and honey for my tea, and I ordered an omelet with toast and fruit, but received fruit and potatoes. Also, no smiles or pleasant personality with the lady in the business suit at the hostess station the next day when I asked about getting a cup of hot tea to take up to the room. She definitely made me feel like I was bothering her. Could probably find an equivalent stay for a lesser price. Definitely will not be our first choice in the future.

1 night only

My wife and I only stayed for one night. For that one night we had no complaints. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very nice. Always greeted you every time. Would definitely stay again.
