A very nice hidden gem in Warminster, PA. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for families or large groups. The pool was well-maintained, clean, and had a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. The kids love it. Will definitely stay here again and refer family and friends. Book, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

YOU DON’T GET THE SAME SERVICE IF YOU BOOK WITH EXPEDIA. THEY WOULDN’T COMPENSATE ME FOR THE BELOW SITUATION BECAUSE I DIDN’T BOOK DIRECTLY WITH HOLIDAY INN!! Our room was dirty upon entering. Bathroom had body hairs of previous guest(s) all over. Floors were dirty and sticky with who knows what. Spoke with multiple front desk staff who told me they couldn’t do anything and I need to talk to a Brianna who of course wasn’t there. Checked back to find out Brianna can’t do anything and now I need to talk with a Jack. Left a message with Jack. Never heard back. We were told they couldn’t do anything because we booked on Expedia. Really?!?

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were cozy. Breakfast buffet was so much more than a continental breakfast. You’ll find everything you could possibly want for breakfast: pre-made cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and more. It was a nice stay, and I would stay here again. Only suggestion would be to teach your front desk people to be pleasant. The girl who checked us in wasn’t rude, but she had no personality whatever. Our one key would not work, so took it right back down to the desk. She questioned/accused, ‘you put it next to your phone?’ No, it hadn’t left my hand yet. Not very friendly, but again, I wouldn’t say rude.

The parking lot was small and somewhat unaccommodating. After checkin I had to circle the hotel a couple of times to find a spot. I wasn’t really sure where their parking ended and the other business’ parking began. The staff seemed un-interested in being there. During check in i was handed the form to fill out while the counter person returned to her phone. When I asked a question I had to repeat it because she was more invested in what was on her phone. Initially when I called to ask for an early check in I was prompted to join ihg rewards. After giving all of the info I was told there’s no guarantee that the room will be ready which is understandable. Then I was immediately thrown into a sales pitch to buy another trip that I would be reimbursed for. When I called the morning of as prompted by my previous call, I was informed that there were no housekeepers in yet at 8 am and no one had checked out. We stopped at 1 pm to check availability and were met with yet more disinterest and a quick ”your room hasn’t even been turned over yet” Overall the room was okay. We weren’t sure if we were in someone else’s room though because the tv was left on when we came in. The hotel seemed in general dis-repair due to easily remedied scuffs and marks throughout the hallway and room that were not fixed i.e. scuffs on the walls etc. Overall the room was fine for our one night stay but left much to be desired!
