Great stay - would recommend!

We stayed for spring break and had a great time. The best part of our stay was the heated private pool which kept us entertained for hours. Property manager is kind and was responsive to a few questions we had. Would recommend staying at this property!

We had a great stay in Coldwater Springs. It is in a nice subdivision and close to a large area of restaurants and shopping. It was February, but we did get to enjoy the pool a couple of times. We had a great stay!

House was spotless! The furniture was very comfortable, better than most places we have stayed at. Pool was great, very clean. The house was super stocked, best we’ve stayed at! This home was the perfect stay for our short trip in Phoenix. It was the perfect distance from the raceway and town. The home is clean, well stocked and communication with the property managers was excellent! Wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I had a nice stay! The property is in a very quiet neighborhood which we were happy about, the pool was nice, and everything in the house worked. We also appreciated getting to use the garage. The only recommendations we have for improvement is dusting and cleaning the showers (both had hair in them).

Nice, clean, comfortable two week stay at Coldwater Springs. Home has more than ample supplies/necessities, decorated nicely. Excellent property manager Doreen ensured that we had a perfect stay, even recommending day trips, shopping, etc. Would love to stay here again!
