It features a great backyard patio for entertaining on the 18th fairway of Golden Hills Golf Club (formerly Arizona Golf Resort). It's only a 5-minute walk to the driving range and clubhouse/restaurant! At 1800 square feet it feels larger than that with two separate indoor family rooms, perfect for adults in one and kids in the other. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of personal space to unwind. The property features AC, heating, WiFi, washer/dryer, 2-stall garage, and more for your convenience. Comfortable home in a great location

This lovely, comfortable home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We were welcomed with a tray of snacks and fresh grapefruit from the neighborhood. And the home was fully stocked, which is such a plus. We will definitely be back!
