This listing is for the entire townhouse with covered patio and and community swimming pool, hot tub, and sports courts (basketball, tennis, and pickleball). The property is 1169 square feet with traditional furnishings throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer. There are 2 bathrooms and all the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street or driveway parking allowed. Additional visitor spaces available on first come basis.

We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

This is a great location, and it was the perfect stay for my husband and me. It was simple and had everything we needed for our stay. Our Host was outstanding and very communicative, even when our flight came in late. The Master king-size bed was super comfortable, and the master shower was very roomy. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner were supplied for you. We did not use the other bathroom or bedroom, which had a queen-size bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, which we truly loved. The amenities were perfect with the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and two pickleball courts. There are paddles, racquets, baseballs, pickleballs, etc., in the garage for you to use.We took advantage of the pickleball courts and played just about every day we were there. They even have lights to play at night.Next time we are in town, we will definitely book this spot again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! Aloha, Jx2
