Pool/Spa Heat:

Pool/spa heat may be available for an additional nightly fee and must be requested at least 2 days before arrival. The pool/spa is heated to approximately 82 degrees when conditions allow. During cooler weather, especially when overnight temperatures drop below 55 degrees, temperature retention cannot be guaranteed.



Good to Know:

This home is best suited for quiet family stays, couples’ trips, golf getaways, and relaxed desert vacations. Parties and events are not permitted, and the 8 guest maximum is strictly observed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve.



For guest safety, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. There are no interior cameras.
