Huge master bedroom with king bed uptairs with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and 60" smart TV. Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds, 4 twin total) and bedroom 3 (queen bed and twin/twin bunkbed) share a Jack n Jill bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again. The location was close to everything we needed to do. The house size allowed everyone to have their own space. Everything was comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The backyard was so awesome too. Basically if they gave several adults and a lot of kids (volleyball team and coaches), this house was perfect. Truly, no one wanted to leave. Plus the host was so gracious and helped as needed. The house was clean. Instructions were easy, we could not have been happier.

The house worked out great for our family which included members of four different families in town for a relative's 90th birthday party. Everything we needed was supplied. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was convenient to the family members who live in the area.

The host, David, was very responsive each time I contacted him. The house is great for large groups (we had 20) with a very well-supplied kitchen that included all the cooking supplies one would need. The backyard is lovely, with a bbq table, lots of seating, and a great pool and spa. Everyone in our large party had a place to sleep and hang out. We had a very nice time and may book again in the future.

Great Multigenerational Place

Fantastic for multiple families. 3 families plus grandparents all had their own space. Everything was clearly labeled. Supplies of all kinds, from laundry detergent to kids' toys. Wonderful shade in backyard with grassy area for kicking a soccer ball. Pool was perfect. Large eating spaces both indoor and outdoor. We'll book this place again!

Awesome stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable and the location perfect with easy access to the highways without the noise. David was extremely responsive, very helpful and accommodating. He was an awesome host! Our overnight guest count dwindled a little from our original plans, but it comfortably accommodated 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for larger group of guests. We definitely took advantage of some quiet time relaxing in the pool which was really enjoyable!We would definitely stay here again if we have a large group!

Perfect place for our extended family gathering

This home was perfect for our gathering of extended family members who gathered for the wedding of our son in Mesa. We came down from Alaska, met up with family from Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. The pool table was a big hit. The pool was well used by people of all ages. The only issue was the the heat didn't work. We let the host know and he reached out after it was fixed, so it worked for a day, but then it stopped working again. The host refunded us for the heating cost and was going to look into why it wasn't working. The host was very responsive when we reached out for any concerns (we only found one garage door remote and he let us know the previous guests took it; a package arrived; there was a couple things broken that he knew about it let us know what we could do about it). We used the game room and some of the games. There was plenty of seating for everyone, indoor and outdoor. We appreciated the grill and extra propane that we could use. The hammock was used by several different people. We used the lawn games..... it was really a perfect gathering place for us as we came together to celebrate a family wedding. We didn't have any of the wedding celebrations at this location, but we were able to gather here between scheduled activities.

8 retirees enjoying desert golf. House was everything advertised, well equipped and very convenient to all the places we wanted to go. Some of the furniture is rather dated which didn’t bother us but might bother a picky spouse. Otherwise everything worked as promised and we had a great time.
