Holiday Inn Express is a nice, comfortable hotel to the west of Downtown Phoenix and adjacent to government office buildings. However, it is somewhat isolated from Downtown Phoenix attractions so be careful walking at night time.

I only stay for one night with my family, and we loved the room with enough space, clean all around, we spent quality time in the pool and hot top, breakfast included is a plus and they offer different options, friendly staff, we definitely will be back, thank you

The hotel otself was fone but the customer service needs improvement. I understand it can beca tough job at times and policies are place but training needs to be provided.

The property was fine. Nothing special about it. The area it is in, not the greatest. Homeless people sleeping on sidewalk outside. Breakfast was not kept up with food. Almost like they didn’t care. The lady that checked us in and was there most evenings was awesome. Great customer service skills. Over all just average.
