Rooms could use some updating as they look to be 80’s but very clean & spacious. Beds are not firm but that’s up to individual preference. Bathroom sink is small but optional vanity with large mirror is available at living room for extra grooming space. Breakfast was good with decent hot and cold options. Staff was friendly and available 24 hours. Overall a great value.

We we in Phoenix for a couple of nights for a wedding. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The water was HOT and the water pressure was good. The only thing i didn't love was the breakfast. The eggs weren't great, but it was an included breakfast, so it was ok.

If I could've given the staff six stars I would have. They did so many things that were above and beyond. I can list them, but if you look at the timeframe that I was there, you should be able to identify who they were. The "exercise area" needs serious improvement. No one who wants to get a good workout would want to work out there. The pool area is immaculate and a great place to spend a couple of hours in the sun.
