We love this location - easy walks to Scottsdale Stadium, old town and nearby stores. The condo is spacious and quiet - plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. Easy parking, too. Our only concern was the very obvious need for a deeper clean of carpets, fixtures/fans and blinds, and replacement of a/c filters - dust everywhere caused allergy problems for most of us. The master bedroom mattress is worn out and needs replacing.

Great location but very noisy
This is a very conveniently located large unit. It is showing a lot of age but everything worked fine. Our biggest issue was the road noise from the busy street close by, the 2-3 sirens each night that woke us up and the very loud HVAC system that we had to turn off at night. We actually considered going to a hotel after our first night. Another major issue was no TV service - must have own streaming.

Interesting place -- great lovation
The place was interesting -- they took what appeared to be former commercial suites and converted them to 2 rental places. The location was great. It was just blocks from Scottsdale Stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, etc. The place was clean, well managed, and well-maintained. I felt we got a fair deal.

The stay was last minute due to a death in the family. The property was close to the highway and grocery store. The property was as shown on pictures very comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean. Overall great last minute stay.

Great place, Great price!
This place was very spacious, very clean two large second level patios. One right off the kitchen and one off the living room. Everything was supplied. Only down fall, no tv's in the two guest bedrooms. There is a tv in the master.

spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood - safe.
cleanliness is an issue - "topside surfaces" and utensils were OK, but floors not cleaned properly and balcony furniture needs detailed cleaning. Property manager very responsive, but the apartment needs some basic updating: bathroom faucets were calcinated as was the fridge water dispenser. Shower head was as well, but they sent someone to clean it. Bedrooms and master bedroom close need better light.
