Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.
Pool Heat: $100/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).
Pool Rules: No touching or adjusting equipment ($500+ fine for damages)
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside ($1,000 cleaning fee)
Trash Days: Bins must be placed outside on scheduled pickup days

Other Things to Note:
There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.

No pets are allowed at the property. There is a $350 pet fee if pets are brought to the property.
Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.

Pool heating fee is $100/day. (Must be booked for the full stay)

If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.

The GARAGE is off limits and Guest are not allowed to access it.

We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.
