We would like to welcome you to sunny Gilbert AZ! Experience all the valley has to offer while staying in this beautiful custom home located about 5 mins from the 202 Santan Freeway, about 30 min from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The home is situated in an HOA managed neighborhood adjacent to the prestigious 2013 Phoenix Street of Dreams development.
This 3000 sq ft high end rambler enjoys Southern exposure and is filled with amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, boasting 2 primary suites, gourmet eat-in kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, LED TV's throughout home, Digital cable, blu ray player, high-speed WIFI, central air, monitored alarm system, large covered patio with misting system, saltwater pool/spa (pool can be heated), professional Nicklaus putting green, front courtyard with fireplace, outdoor built-in BBQ, fire pit and garage parking . The backyard has Southern exposure so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long.
There is plenty to do or nothing to do!

The House:
The open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and large travertine patio provide a perfect setting for entertaining and gathering with family and friends.

Living room: Relax in comfort and keep up on current events on the HD LED TV. Enjoy Digital cable, blu ray, high speed wifi internet or a game of pool/billiards.

Kitchen: The large open gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with beautiful new GE Profile appliances.

Bedrooms: All are equipped with wall-mounted LED HD TVs. The extra large master bedroom suite has a king size bed. The master bath features his and hers vanities, soaker tub, separate shower and an extra large walk-in closet.
The 2nd Master has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with shower.
Two additional guest bedrooms each have a King bed and easy access to the adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom with two vanities and shower.
Plenty of linens and towels are provided.

Other amenities: The large saltwater pool will keep you cool in the warmer months and can be heated in the cooler season (spa heat is included, pool heat additional $50/day fee). Relax on the patio while you barbecue on the natural gas grill or roast marshmallows over the fire pit. The backyard is spacious and completely private. There are plenty of chairs and chaises. The remote controlled misting system will cool the air by up to 20 degrees even in the hottest months.
The private front courtyard features a large fireplace.
There is parking for two cars in the garage.

This home very comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave the house. We found there was plenty of things to do. Our 5yo loved the putting green. And the host responded promptly to inquiries/troubleshooting a few things. I couldn't decide between enjoying my morning coffee fireside in the courtyard, or soaking in the spa. Our evening dips in the pool were followed by warming up next to the firepit. I took walks daily around the neighborhood and even crossed over to a few others never once crossed paths with a person. I felt like I missed the memo that I shouldn't be outside enjoying the warm weather. But the second I got to either Gilbert Rd or Higley Rd they were buzzing with cars. Maybe this is just an Arizona thing. Places nearby that we recommend: Grimaldi's Pizzeria was a great take-out option our first night. And Joe's Farm Grill was a great casual place for a burger and shake with outdoor dining. All-in-all, the house was 10/10 and it will definitely be our preferred option when we decide to go back to Arizona.

Girls getaway

The house was fantastic and very clean. All the rooms were comfortable and the house was comfortable. It has everything you need. Location was great too. Just outside of the city by only 6 mins. You do need a car to get around though, which is fine since we did some exploring of the area. House is located in a great neighborhood and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area. Coming from Canada we didn’t know much about Arizona but we were pleasantly impressed. The hose was great and very accessible. Lovely in every way...

Our recent family trip (6 adults) was perfect in this beautiful home with an outstanding backyard. The home is spacious and very comfortable in every way, and the pool area is truly outstanding...the best we have ever rented. We really enjoyed all the floats provided and the hottub, plus the outdoor eating area.It is in a great, nice quiet neighborhood in a good location. The owner is also wonderful to work with. We would rent again here in a heartbeat.

Great Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Gilbert. A beautiful home with a great backyard and amenities including bbq, pool, hot tub, putting green and a well equipped kitchen. House with Fun Activities

My family of six adults stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed using the hot tub, "golfing" green, and billiards table. The kitchen had great appliances, pans, and utensils. Plus, the outside grill was great for grilling fajitas. At night we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit. We also stayed here in 2022, and this year were pleasantly surprised at the two new beds the owners had added. The owners were always responsive to any questions we posed.

Graduation Vacation

This is our third stay here and our first since the pandemic. This is our go to house when we are in Gilbert. Not only is the house great for our family (4-6 adults) but it is less than 5 minutes from our family who live there. We all enjoy the backyard even though they have a pool at their own house. The pool table gets a workout each visit as well. It never feels like we are staying in someone else's home, we are all so comfortable there from day 1. Tina always responds very quickly and we haven't had a situation yet that impacted our stay. We love the new tile flooring and it looked like the pergola was extended in the backyard. We hope to be back next year.

Beautiful Home
