Welcome to Scottsdale's most exclusive vacation rental residence. Nestled on five acres, this estate has mountain views from every room. 8,500 sq. ft with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two living rooms, a game room, five work stations, two roof top decks and luscious outdoor spaces. Top it off by adding on one of our many concierge services available - Private chef, fill-the-fridge packages, or pre-made meals to easily heat and serve at your leisure.

-Large heated pool and hot tub with a water slide (Pool heating cost is $250 per night with a 3 night consecutive minimum).
-Game room with ping pong table, arcade game console, foosball table, Media set with Play Station 5, and a spacious walk out deck.
-Fully equipped gym with dumbbells (up to 65 lbs.), weight bench, cable pulleys, kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls, punching bag, Peloton bike, treadmill, and a massage table.
-Large open grass area great for sports games and childrens playground equipment.
-Multiple outdoor patios with sitting areas, outdoor firepits, BBQ grill, sun loungers, and a half court basketball space.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence. Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 16 guests total.

Smoking is not allowed in this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

Luxury for older golfers

This is spectacular house in a private location. It is spacious and well-appointed inside and out. It is a great spot for large groups of friends or families. It would have rated five stars except for a balky spa that worked for only one of our three days. The property manager was very responsive and had it fixed once, but it failed again. The lighting and entertainment systems may also be a little too high tech for guests to learn over a short stay.

Absolutely breathtaking!

This stunning Scottsdale vacation rental was exactly as expected and more. It was perfect for our group 7 couples. We thoroughly enjoyed the inside of the home and the activities in the backyard. No stone was left unturned when this house was designed. They thought of everything. We had a bit of a time learning the electronic system that runs the entire house, but it all worked out. The management company was quick to respond to questions via the app. Two recommendations to consider: 1. Add TV’s to more or all of the bedrooms. 2 Add a video to the home instructions on how to use the induction side of the cooktop. 3. Update the photo and/or headcount for the dining room ta I highly recommend this property and management company.

IMPRESSIUE BUT NOT WITHOUT PROBLEMS

Architecture and synergy with the surrounding hills was excellent. HOWEVER: 1. Providing a 35 page manual on line for us to be able to operate this electronic home was ridiculous! 2. Air conditioner for the main area of the house was out. We assumed the distribution of air was poor based on there being a fan in each of the surrounding rooms which we set up to move the air from those rooms which had air into the main room but it did not help. Called the main office who dispatched someone to address and fix the problem which they did. Very uncomfortable until then. 3. The wi-fi was out or sporatic the entire stay. No TV or connection to the outside world! The service person sent could not fix the wi-fi. The main office rebooted the system but that helped only for a few hours. Engineers amongst the guests agreed that the wi-fi was not set up correctly and could be corrected by a 'qualified' person.The explanation given that "this problem never existed before" had to be incorrect. 3. The shades in the master bedroom and bathroom did not work. The service man sent spent more that four hours working to fix them but was successful with only the master bedroom. The master bathroom shade could not be fixed. Beingwaken by the sun at dawn was upsetting! 4. One garage door opener did not work and the other was missing. Very inconvenient to leave and return to the house. 5. 1386 characters is not enough.

Smells bad and no response

We got to the property and there was a smell of either raw sewage or a dead animal. We called every day we were there for 5 days. Sometimes they would answer, sometimes not. But no matter what, they refused to fix or address the smell. It was our mother’s 75 th birthday and all were disappointed. The house is cool, the pool and backyard are great! But when you have to spend 5 days with your entire family asking and begging for relief and you are constantly being told it will be fixed and it never gets fixed, it’s just not worth it. We think it’s an ongoing problem that someone had to know about. It’s the first thing we smelled when we walked in the door and the last thing we smelled when we left. The most disappointing thing was that they knew we were having problems and no one even took the time to follow through and make sure it got fixed. I called the property manager dozens of times, to no avail. Highly recommend to stay somewhere else!
