The room was small, but cute and in good condition. So happy to get a room that included a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and free parking. I especially appreciated the good amount of counter space, especially by the bathroom sink. But the switch on the bedside lamp was so small and so difficult to turn that I just went without it, making lighting unpleasant. The toilet seat was very loose, but I could easily tighten it, and the shower curtain was missing some hangers although I was able to adjust their spacing better. The bed was clean but lumpy, and the place was very noisy. Worst of all, the nearby train tracks carried a freight train that blew its loud whistle at 2:00 AM.

Very run down, room was not clean, tv didn’t work & when we asked they did nothing, the noise of the thin walls, planes, trains, automobiles, cops, fire trucks and the clientele the place attracted made my stay 100% terrible. I even had someone try to break in. I did not feel safe the entire stay.

When we arrived, our non-smoking room had a flooded toilet, so we had to request to change to a different room. However, they only had a smoking room so we had to stay in the SMOKING room one night. WIFI never worked, so my husband couldn't work at all. When we told the receptionist re WIFI, the lady said, "Yes, it does NOT work." They obviously know about BAD WIFI connection. When we requested to switch to a non-smoking room on the second day, the receptionist was rude and reluctantly switched to our new non-smoking room. Then, the key cards never worked well, so we had to go to the receptionist many times. The bathroom's towel hanger was gone, toilet lid was not matching, and room was dirty. I've stayed at Motel 6 in Temecula and N. CA, but this Motel 6 was NOT recommended.
Towel hanger's not there in the restroom.
The toilet's water tank's cover is not matching.
TV remote control's battery cover is missing.
