Old town micro studio with pool view and rooftop
This unique poolside studio condo offers the perfect base to relax and enjoy a memorable & fun stay in Scottsdale. Purposefully and functionally designed for Airbnb guests. Every detail was meticulously thought out by vacation rental designers and Airbnb Plus Hosts Vince and Ann. Conveniently located within 1 mile of Old Town Scottsdale, Hotel Valley Ho, Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Stadium.
This property is an extremely good value for the dollar. Not super-fancy, but super cost effective. The only (small) concern I had was the lack of parking outside, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others doing the same.
Overall was ok the picture online is not the same as the room we got (no view) the floor had not been washed I know because my sock were filthy and the baseboard was not wiped down, we were told there was no handicap parking and there is. The pool area hasnât had the tables wiped down in awhile.
We had a wonderful one night stay here. The room was just the right size for us and very well stocked with the basics.
The location was perfect, with easy access to most of Old Town Scottsdale.
The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us which was very much appreciated. We will certainly be back to stay here next time we are in Old Town for an event.
Go ahead and book, you wont regret it.
Small studio but has everything. Street parking but not hard to find a spot close to the unit. Really enjoy the place. The only complain is toilet paper. Bring your own. :)
Will certainly want to stay again. A unique location in the historic Garden District--a beautifully updated mid-Century neighborhood right near Old Town Scottsdale. Pet-friendly and close to everything, but in a quiet cul-de-sac street. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern, and Vince the owner very responsive and helpful. Parking is on-street, but I never had to be more than half a block away.
