A $500 minimum charge will apply for any damage to pool equipment

Late checkout fee of $150 applies if guests remain on the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time

Pool heat is $200 and can be heated up to 85 degrees. Minimum requirements is full stay.

Maximum of 4 cars allowed for parking



Pet policy:

This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.For your safety and convenience, we require photo ID and a signed guest agreement prior to check-in.

Important Information for a Smooth Stay



To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we have security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home for your privacy.



PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.



For your peace of mind, we also have Noise Monitors installed on the exterior of the property. These monitors do not record audio, but they measure the decibel levels to help ensure a quiet, enjoyable stay without loud parties.



Please note that all Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including quiet hours. Additionally, landscaping and pool maintenance are performed 1-2 times per week. While we strive to maintain the property’s beauty and cleanliness, we cannot guarantee the specific day or time of their visits.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
