Even though there is still construction being performed at the property, the staff was pleasant, room was nice and it was a quite area. It was convenient to where I needed to be and I also never felt unsafe.

Decent for the cost

Beds were comfortable service was fine the breakfast was not good. I know it’s a co to entail breakfast but no protein available. Not even peanut butter. Ended up just getting my own breakfast because it wasn’t worth it. The kids like the donuts though so there’s that

Save your money, look elsewhere.

This is a 2* hotel at best. The pictures shown do not depict the reality. Free breakfast was watered down coffee, green(really green) bananas and stale bagels. Beds way too soft, made it hard to sleep. I could hear all the road noise, other rooms close by noise and airplanes flying over every couple of minutes, elevator shook and rattled, so i used the stairs. I'm so glad it was only 1 night. Front desk staff were very nice though.

We have stayed at this hotel before on the 3rd floor and no major complaints. This time we were on the 2nd floor in a much smaller room. There were stains all over the baseboards (glue?) and corners on the floor were black. The entire place needs a deep clean. Supposedly The hotel has new owners and is in process of renovation but saw no signs of that occurring. Breakfast no longer has hot items. Dinjng room and halls are not well maintained. Hotels in Scottsdale are very expensive and if we have another alternative, we won’t stay there again.

It was good for a night or two. This is an older facility and it shows. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was good. Our room was clean. The staff was pleasant.
