Property was amazing. Pools closest to the lobby were clean and renovated, lobby was newly renovated. We stayed in the villa rooms, which are walkable from the lobby. The villa rooms were not renovated and were a bit outdated and dingy. The staff were great. When the pilot light for the gas fireplace went out, they came out twice to check on it. Staff was also very fast when requesting more towels. The pool closest to our villa, our key card did not work, it did work on the other pools.

My wife and I had an excellent time, even though the facility was undergoing a few remodeling projects. The sauna and pool were both extremely refreshing and this staff at the spa, including Rachel and Bree were simply amazing. My wife and I had a couples massage, pedicures, and manicures. We stayed in a 2 story Villa. The heat was fine upstairs but it was cold in the mornings downstairs. Fireplace was out of service. The rest of the resort was fantastic!!
