Welcome to The Earll House. This remodeled modern Southwest, 3,700 sq. ft., split-level home is perfect for your Scottsdale getaway. Tons of space for group activities or relaxing in the sun. Close to all the fun and excitement Scottsdale and the surrounding area have to offer.

3 separate living spaces, 2 of which have gas fireplaces, with cozy seating and TVs

SLEEPING:
3 of the 5 bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. You will sleep in comfort: King Tempur-Pedic, King Tuft&Needle, 3 Queen Tuft&Needle. (3 rollaway beds available upon request)

We stayed in this home with our 2 small pups and rotating friends in for visits for seven weeks this Fall and it was absolutely lovely! The home is meticulously maintained and was clean and well furnished. The real gem of this house is the outside area with a lovely pool, hot tub (quite tiny but worked for us!) and an appealing gas fireplace and seating area that we used almost every evening! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, full of modest homes and very convenient to the Old Town area. The hosts were very responsive, generous and clearly take pride in this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic home for a big family!

Our family had a blast at this home! Lots of outdoor activities and indoor living areas gave both the kids and adults plenty to enjoy. We hope we’re lucky enough to book this property again in the future. Very communicative and helpful hosts as well.

This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything we we wanted to do including old scottsdale. The pool and outdoor play area was loved by the kids. The bedrooms were spacious, and there was plenty of sheets and towels to accommodate the full group. We ate in many nights and had all of the cooking pans and tools needed. Overall we were so very happy and would like to return

We booked this property for 10 of us including our 4 grandkids age 6,7,9 and 11. Backyard was perfect pool visible from house, basketball, cornhole and putting green all got used! Hosts answered questions promptly and were very helpful.

Great house for medium sized groups who need some space and choices on where to congregate. Outdoor and indoor spaces were both generous and well appointed. Choice of outdoor activities within the property kept us entertained while there were also some good local restaurants in walking distance.

Great home for a group visit/golf trip

The house is really well laid out for a group vacation. It was renovated very well and everything is clean and works well. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were good. The inside of the house flows well for groups, with three floors. Only odd thing is no bathroom on main floor, but that is not a huge deal. The outdoor area is really great and well designed and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making the outdoor living space great and fun to use. The neighborhood is OK, not terrible and not great. Was expecting perhaps a somewhat different neighborhood feel, but we did definitely feel safe so it was all good. Close to Old Town, which is good. Overall the house worked great for four guys on a golf trip, highly recommended. The owner was great and extremely helpful.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. We mostly golfed on our trip and didn't get to enjoy the massive back yard, all the available games and the pool. Layout worked well for us 4 men. The home is well stocked, particularly the kitchen. The home is in a great location and just 15 minutes from the airport. The only criticism is that that the hot tub is a little small for 4 big guys. Other than that I'd highly recommend the home. Wim
