Beautiful property at Bella Vista

I am confused though. What is Spencer Farnsworth. The unit was beautiful. It had a wonderful view and access to the pool. Space was roomy and other than previous damage to the leather sofa, was in very good condition. TV was acting up and rental agent brought us a new one within a day. Kitchen was fairly well furnished and with the exception of decent non stick fry pans, we were able to cook our meals while we were there.
