The property was very nice and very clean. The only reasons I give amenities an average review is bc the television sound was poor at best…possibly need an upgrade.

We were very late checking in because our flight was late arriving. I called ahead to let them know. The Desk clerk remembered me calling and was so KIND! She knew we were tired and took care of us quickly and had us going to our room so fast! She gave us all the important information and answered questions fast and with a smile on her face even at midnight! They better make sure to keep her around for a long time. I wish I knew her name to call her out because she was amazing! I have never stayed in a Best Western before, but if I was in this area again I would stay here again. Very nice property.

Very nice, pretty hotel. Indoor pool with long hours. Nice breakfast. Lobby has 24 hour hot beverage machine which was amazing.

It is modern, Quiet! I would have preferred softer pillows. The waffle maker was not functioning, so breakfast choice was limited for me, however there was still plenty of selections to choose from. (I like to have a waffle when I am on the road because I don't make them at home!) Also the price was great!
