Tired and needs a lot of work

Stayed 1 night. Hotel is dated, hallways smell of cigarette smoke, and outside doors are not locked. The bed was comfortable. Wouldn't recommend if can be avoided.

In need of reparis.

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: old, needs updating badly
Place looks vey bad as you come in the lot. Faded stucco badly in need of paint, weeds growing in landscaping and parking lot cracks. Entrance way smells, missing tiles in floor. Surely not a sight to give you good feelings. I expect the outside needed updating at least 10 years ago, meaning just paint, and some weed killer. Stairways smelled. Hallways were acceptable, carpet and walls in good shape. The room's sleeping area was without problem, clean and bedding in good shape. The bathroom was clean, but in poor condition due to age. Exhaust fan VERY loud, was embaressed to turn on the light (which turns on the fan) as I thought I would wake the hall up. Lots of hot water, good towels good shampoo, and mouthwash too.

Shabby

This building is old.The toilet in the lobby and in my room were not secured tightly to the floor. In other words it moved when in use. There are two entrance doors "A" that were always left slightly open and NEVER LOCKED. What kind of safety or sense of security can you have while staying there. I asked the front desk why were doors left open all the time. " I really can't say " was her answer. Disappointed from Palm Coast Florida.
