Thank you for taking your time to give us a review, Our first priority is to make the guest stay as comfortable as we can. I hope when you are in the area next time you remember us.

The clerk was great and tried to fix this. She cannot fix young peoples lack of consideration of others. My room was beside the washers and ice machine. They continued to use them until midnight. Who raised them???? Here is my next room requests: top floor, end of hall, furthest from elevator and ANY machines, away from pools, exercise rooms, kitchens, main entrances. I go for business trips and need to sleep. If that is not your intention, let the front desk know!

Thank you for taking your time to give us a review. When you book your next room my suggestion is to phone any hotel to inquire where your room is located and maybe get the room best for you. The computer does not know where rooms are located. Thank you
