Welcome to your Costa Rican adventure! Enjoy our completely remodeled three bedroom two bath Villa! With a brand new private swimming pool with water fall Master bedroom is a Queen bed and second bedroom a Queen and the third bedroom is a Queen with bunk beds. New tile throughout, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is supplied with all the essentials. Plenty of storage in the built in cabinets in each bedroom. Newly installed free washer and dryer, and BBQ grill on patio. Towels and bedding are included. We are located in the beautiful Villa Sol Resort with 24 hour gated security. 1600 Square feet living area with large covered front porch. Access to all resort pools and amenities at no extra charge. Beach access six minute walk or take the resort trolley to Playa Hermosa and just 20 minutes from Liberia airport! Resort has restaurants with excellent sunsets and views and 2 mini marts. The pool, reception, mini marts and restaurants on the property are all within walking distance but if you can’t walk far or have children or just don’t want to, the hotel offers a free trolley which comes by every 10 minutes to get you around the property throughout the day. Villa Sol offers an all inclusive deal for $70.00 a day per person. I recommend exploring around at the many eating options in Costa Rica. All food is good everywhere. The town of Hermosa is quiet and charming. There is a mini market called the Luperon where you can get quite a bit of drinks, groceries and personal needs. Major shopping, restaurants and casino are 10 minutes away at Playa del Coco.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful little beach town

The property is as advertised in the description albeit a bit more dated than we expected. Lois is an excellent host and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp prior to arrival. Check in process is easy. Sebastian is the property manager and went out of his way to arrange excursions ahead of arrival. Staff on site is very gracious and friendly. The property is part of a three star all-inclusive resort and guests are allowed access to the swim up pool with bar and main hotel pool without an extra fee but food and drinks are not included. Snacks and cocktails are available at the pool for purchase. Activity directors provide lots of daily events like trivia, darts and evening music. The vibe is very family oriented especially during Costa Rican school holidays but there are some couples also. The furniture at the pool is very dated and lounge chairs are all kind of broken but it’s fine for a perfect day of relaxing, swimming and sipping pina coladas as long as you don’t expect five star amenities. The beach at Playa Hermosa is four star. Beautiful sunsets, clean water, nice views and family friendly. The villa is spacious with a great view of the surrounding area on the patio. The TV is large and works well if you speak Spanish. Basic amenities for cooking and ample bath and beach towels are provided. The resort has a shuttle service available to get you to and from the beach. The town has a collection of excellent beachfront seafood restaurants, a couple of overpriced trendy boutique restaurants and just enough soda style locally owned places for typical Costa Rican food or pizza. All are within walking distance of the villa. Overall, a good experience with good value and not highly overpriced for high season in a very expensive country.

Comfortable and spacious villa in a beautiful setting with access to many amenities, including Hermosa beach. The manager was gracious and helpful as are the people in the area. The interior living space was inviting and the outdoor porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the birdsong and views.

house was great, but there was no hot water called property manager said he would be over that evening or next morning no show at all or no phone call, finally on last day some guy showed up to check water heater, but did not speak english so don't know what he found, but did not fix it, So we had no hot water for our hole stay.

We loved this house

We had a great vacation at this home in Villas Sol. We loved the ease of getting to the beach using the quick shuttle and all the amenities the resort offers while still feeling private and quiet. The house was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed coming back to the house after a long day at the beach, exploring or at the pool. There was even one day we stayed at the house and didn’t go anywhere. Having the generous size patio is wonderful to relax or eat your meals outside. We would stay here again!

My family of four were very comfortable at this rental property. It showed as described, we had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed our stay. Villa Sol is a cool community. Make sure you use the shuttles to cut down on walking. Can’t wait to come back to Costa!

Delightful stay

Our week at Villa del Sully was delightful. Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and spent a lot of time walking on the beautiful beach within walking distance. The resort shuttle made it easy to get around. When we weren't cooking (kitchen was well-stocked with utensils), we enjoyed eating at several of the beach restaurants. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of excursions available for those who want to explore more of this beautiful little country.
