We have lowered prices to help you enjoy your stay in our beautiful home. Also, if possible, we'll let you check in at noon rather than 4pm so you can have a full day when you arrive. Early check-in requires no rental the night prior to your day of arrival. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance.
We call our place the 'Sunset House' because the sunsets from the master bedroom balcony and the pool/patio are spectacular. You will want to reserve a time every evening to enjoy the fabulous glow. For the money, you won't find a better place!
One note, we have a custom home in a residential area of all custom homes and people live there full time. Please respect our friends. Extra loud music and big parties are not allowed.

We have recently updated many amenities in the house. We are not in downtown Playa Coco, but in Altos de Cacique on a cliff overlooking the town and Coco Bay. No worries about noise or mosquitos. Our private development is between Coco and Playa Hermosa.

We are certain you won't find a better value anywhere. We have a quality 2200 sq ft house with prices better than local quality hotels. Depending on the season, we may discount 8% for stays longer than 7 days, 10% for 15 days or more, and 15% - 20% for stays longer than 30 days.

4) Management that has lived there for 20+ years and speaks English and Spanish fluently. He can assist you in whatever you wish to do

5) Our secure location in Los Altos de Cacique is excellent. Every home is custom. Great restaurants are 5 minutes by car away.

6) 45 Minutes from excellent surfing in Tamarindo or a 2 hour boat ride to Witch's Rock for truly world class surfing. A zipline is only 25 minutes from the house. A beautiful waterfall/swimming area is about 35 minutes.

7) We are 5 minutes by car between nightlife, good shopping, and good restaurants in Playa del Coco and a beautiful "Blue Star" beach and elegant restaurants in Playa Hermosa.
