All three rooms booked were never cleaned properly. We found empty water bottles, dirty wash clothes and even a pill. The showers were scuzzy. Black and brown. Toilet seat was broken. Best of all, while going out to our vehicle a police officer and his drug dog was loading up. Yay what a stay!!

Was an ok stay, as we did have a decent time for our 2-night getaway; however, we did have a few gripes, especially with us having two kids with us. First off, the parking lot was icy in many spots, with our 3-year old almost falling a few times when walking to and from the car, but not a huge gripe, as we usually tried to walk with them. Second, there was a metal wire sticking up from the couch in our suite, which we luckily spotted right away before either our toddler or newly-walking infant could get a hold of it and get hurt. The staff did tend to it, but almost felt like they were bothered by our bringing it up. Third, the breakfast was very subpar. We've been to many hotels in our travels and have had way worse, but if you can afford to go out for breakfast/brunch, I'd advise that over the watery waffle batter, the warm yogurt, limited cereal option of raisin bran, and cold eggs/sausage. No one was tending to the breakfast area (or even the front desk for that matter), which made us drive to IHOP for our second morning instead of even bothering. Again, not the worst, but the pros and cons evened out. As the quiet nights, clean fitness room and pool, and easy access to Saco, OOB, SoPo, and even other hotspots in Scarborough were all positives.

My 4 yr old daughter picked a very sharp razor blade up off the floor in the room. Some one could have been seriously cut with it luckily she showed me it immediately and I was able to get it out of her hand with it cutting her . It’s the kind of blade that goes in a cutter.

Oof. Big miss all around. When we were checking in the card reader wasn’t working so they wrote down my husband’s credit card number on a piece of paper(leaves a bad taste in my mouth). We got our keys, went to the car to get our stuff, walked back to our room, opened the door with our key card, and someone’s stuff was in there. There were people staying in that room! We walked back to the front desk and the lady was very apologetic but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my iPad and things in the room when we were gone. We slipped on the ice 3 times going from the door to the car. It looked like it hadn’t been salted. There was a random propane tank in a parking space in the middle of the lot. There was never anybody at the desk other than at check in. They do have a bell to ring but after the second time I rang it and I just left because I felt like I was bothering them. We will not be back. There was nothing comfortable about the comfort inn.

We had a great stay . We had to check-in 5 hours early it only cost 30 to go in early . Gagan was marvelous funny very friendly and helpful . The pool was heated it was awesome. And of course the giant waffle machine
