Early check in fee

We arrived to a parking lot with 2 vehicles in it (no exaggeration). We requested to check in early and were told it would be a $30 fee. I've never had this happen before. After being up all night with our dog at an emergency veterinarian center and then having to drive 2 hours to a different center, we just needed somewhere to nap for a few hours. The $120 room ended up costing us $150. Had we known when we made the reservation, we would have tried to find a room elsewhere. We won't be returning to any Comfort Inn.

Room was hot when we arrived, mini fridge needed to be cooled and we had to reset the tv in order to access a channel to watch. Had to ask at front desk for extra towels and a garbage bag to take out our garbage in the room as there is no housekeeping until you check out.

Would not recommend staying here. Definitely try and find other accommodations while you are in town. The staff is not at all friendly. The room did not feel clean. The tub has mildew and was clogged. The breakfast leaves much to be desired and was cramped. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had and were pretty easy to please. Disappointed is putting it lightly.

The shower curtain didn't do anything really. Got out to a giant puddle whenever i took a shower. Went to the pool and it was dirty there was grime all along the sides and dirt across the bottom of the deep end.

The breakfast area was not up to standard in my opinion. Two mornings there was no apple juice in the machine, which my grandchildren drink. There was no butter the last morning of our stay and when I told the staff, he just said “butter out” and walked away. No one came and cleaned tables between guests. It’s a very small area for the number of guests. The rooms had an unpleasant odor. A dirty towel was hanging over our shower bar. We were a little disappointed and probably wouldn’t stay there again.

As a family of 4, spending 3 nights our stay was ok. We are not the type of people to complain. However, the smell of the hotel became worse everyday. First day, cigarettes, second day vomit, third day straight poop. The hotel has a spider infestation. The stairwells are loaded with them. And 3 out of 4 of our party woke up with a painful bites that ended up welting. The pool is not the cleanest, i definitely did not dunk my head. Breakfast and pool times were different than stated on website. We stayed in a 1 king 1 queen pull out room. The king bed was comfortable but my poor girls had to share a twin pull out couch that wasn't even made. We took the DND off the door our 3rd morning of being there, expecting housekeeping by the time we came back. I ended up having to call the front dest at 5pm to have our room cleaned. I was told housekeeping is on Sunday. The most ridiculous answer. Our room was eventually cleaned, time lost on our plans for that night as everyone needed a shower. Overall, overpriced. Not very clean, not very friendly, and not enough parking for a full hotel. Guests, including myself parked on the grass. Its too bad, the hotel is close to everything, just missing alot of TLC. And pest control.

When reseved a king bed with a sofa pull out when we got there the key card worked but there was someone in the room. They gave us another room but it was 2 full or queen beds. My husband is 6 4 and we really need a king size bed. THERE WAS NO ICE ANY WHERE IN THE HOTEL and the guy at the front cou ter was useless during this whole thing l.

Our TV didn’t work- we asked 3 times for someone to fix it- no once came. Each time the front desk said “the technician will be here tomorrow” the bathroom was old and terribly designed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the floor would get soaked with water. We had to lay towels down to catch the water. We had a giant chunk of hair under our bed. It was nasty. They clearly don’t care about cleaning.

Disappointing stay

I am so disappointed. The room smelled horrible. The refrigerator was leaking and didn't work. The room was hot, the bathroom door didn't fully close. And to top it off the tv was stuck on one channel!
