The staff was rude upon check in> I had called ahead for early check in and the room type did not make any difference to us, the person said I spoke to said sure no problem we hav lots of room available come in anytime after 1:00. We showed up at 2:35 and was told no early check in and come back after 3:00 .. 25 mins later??Really?? The person at the counter did not make any effort whatsoever to help and make things right.
