The hotel was clean and comfortable as a Hilton brand, but the breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff was extremely rude to my husband who had a speech impediment. They insisted he was drunk when he doesn’t drink alcohol ever because they made assumptions about his stutter, which he was born with. Even after an explanation, they didn’t believe him. It was discriminatory and completely unfair. As for the breakfast, we couldn’t find a single thing for our son to eat and none of it was appetizing to us. The best we could do was a slice of toast. There weren’t any pancakes or French toast, just a lot of breakfast meat which we don’t eat.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great, comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out with a family of 4. The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The morning breakfast staff kept the breakfast well stocked and very clean. The indoor pool was a big plus for the kids. Would definitely stay there again!

e verything was good but breakfast. no waffles or pancakes. nasty turkey kielbasa, flavorless pulled chicken,powdered eggs. come on? turkey kielbasa has no taste.same with fake eggs. nasty ham slices in water. shouldn,t be that difficult to put out a good breakfast. oatmeal packs are a lot better than thick oatmeal in a pot n one eats.

Everyone was so nice. We really loved the king suite and the extra room. The breakfast was excellent and had good food choices. They ladies at breakfast kept the place spotless and replenished the food immediately if it was gone or running low. The location is great also!

The only thing that was disappointing is the main reason we visited. We were surprising our daughter and a friend with a hotel stay to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, the chemicals were so strong, we couldn’t handle it. Our eyes were burning so bad it was as if we had just cut an onion. Disappointing. But staff was nice and otherwise very nice hotel.

No hot tub. The room was cleaned twice during our stay but they always brought what we needed towels, trash bags toilet paper etc. everyone was pleasant especially Dwayne our house keeper and front desk staff. They weren’t quick to tear down the breakfast bar. I liked that. Everyone very cordial. The restaurant in front was awesome. They gave us 10% off our food We just showed the our key.

The hotel was great the only things my wife and I did not enjoy was how incredibly soft the pillow were. We both had to use both and even then I pulled a pillow from the couch to throw under them to give me some level of support. The other thing was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. It was the same thing every day with a slight change to the protein.
