This marvelous, single floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is designed with your satisfaction and memorable getaway experience in mind. Conveniently located in the heart of Hampton Roads and a short drive to pretty much everything including the recently opened casino in Portsmouth.

As you come through the door, you are greeted by an open floor plan that exudes simplicity. The living room off to your left is spacious and comfortably set up with modern sectional sofa and a wall mounted smart TV for your entertainment and convenience. A beautiful glass center table and a coffee end table. A perfect place to unwind and relax, receive guest, or simply hangout.

For dinning, it offers a breakfast table for a quick bite as you head out for a day of activities and a small dinning table for a sit down meal. We are pleased to bring you a fully furnished, good sized kitchen equipped with high quality appliances and essentials you may need to prepare and serve your favorite meal after a day of exploration of the area.

There are 2 bedrooms packaged for a rejuvenating and peaceful night sleep. Both bedrooms are furnished with luxurious and cozy queen size beds and wall mounted smart TV for your in bed relaxation. The master bedroom features private bathroom for a refreshing shower with plush towels, and complimentary toiletries to enhance a pleasurable stay. The second bathroom is just as exquisite and conveniently located right outside the second bedroom door. You may exit to the backyard through the second bedroom to a nice deck for relaxation in a privately fenced yard overlooking a river.

For your stay, you have easy access to grocery shopping, downtown night life and entertainment, the newly opened and popular Rivers Casino, Virginia Beach Boardwalk at the beach, and several military bases and facilities. Your amenities includes strong wi-fi signal, air conditioning and heat, decorative ceiling fans with lights in every room, washer, and dryer. ONE car driveway parking spot and options for street parking

The property is accessible with guests assigned electronic key code provided about 24-48 hrs before guest arrival. Please note that the key will be active at your reservation check in day and time and deactivated on your reservation day and time. For your security, the building is under EXTERIOR surveillance 24/7. There is no camera inside the house but the exterior front and rear of the building is monitored with the RING flood light camera.

Great Stay

My adult and teen son and I stayed for a religious retreat. The house was more spacious than we thought and there was a Great Lake providing some relaxing scenery just off the back deck. The host was a blessing for us!

Everything was good. It was a nice place to lay our heads. We didnt use the kitchen much since we were 5min away from multiple family members, but the kitchen was stocked with everything except food of course, if we needed to use it. The small things I suggested the host responded to immediately. Great place, great host!

Everything about my stay was great, from checking in till my departure. The host was great and very responsive. Everything that you may need is right in the vicinity, great location. We stayed here for one night. It was the night before a funeral. The place was 3 hours from where we needed to go but it was still a blessing. We made breakfast before leaving. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. It was very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

The house was great i loved having 2 full bathrooms it made getting ready so much easier with family. The smell of the house was off putting. Dishes were not clean when they were put away but when i told the owner he was super sweet and apologized. Overall it was a good stay.
