Our second visit here and can’t say enough good things about it. Beautifully maintained property with wonderful amenities. My favorite is the heated bathroom floors. They have drinks and mixers breakfast and coffee. TVs in the rooms, great WiFi access, individually controlled heat/ac. What a pleasure to stay here again in such a cool beautiful town. The leaves turning is just magical. The businesses and restaurants around Market St are all within walking distance. Great experience again and I highly recommend.

Beautifully maintained property in the heart of Potsdam. Walking distance to plenty of places to shop and eat. The coded door made our late check-in easy and painless. So glad we came upon this property. Will definitely recommend to others. Wonderful experience.

Rooms have comfortable bedding and very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap are good quality. Coffee is good and options are oat milk, creamer, milk. Easy to walk to Clarkson. Continental breakfast of cereal, toast, peanut butter, jelly, bagels, apples and bananas.

Quiet and Clean!

We wanted a quiet weekend away and Potsdam was certainly the place! Pert House was QUIET! It was beautifully re-done, there were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and it was easy to get in and out of. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, snacks, and drinks. The room was equipped with a desk, couch, coasters, towels, etc. There was a lot of thought put into this spot. It was also super easy to walk to the downtown area for food and shops. There was an IGA directly across the street and a little further past the shops, you could explore the Raquette River area and park.

I LOVE Pert House! Sal and Jess are wonderful hosts! The only thing I noticed during my most recent stay is that the other occupants had left a mess in the kitchen the evening I arrived back. Perhaps there is a way to kindly ask all occupants to clean up after themselves because the kitchen and sitting areas are shared spaces? Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay and the continental breakfast, coffee/tea, beverages, and snacks are wonderful! I highly recommend!!

Room was lovely. I incorrectly booked for only 2 adults rather than two adults and a teen and they were very accommodating at 10:00 pm in the evening when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful shower and wonderful smelling soap/shampoo etc. and right by Clarkson University which we were visiting. Less than 5 minutes to drive there.
