Our room was not the best. We had street view without a balcony, the bathroom shower didnt drain properly, and their wasn't a clothes line in the shower, so we had to hang our wet clothes on the back of a chair. Nolberto the bellhop, Gloria dining manager, Jorge and Fausto the pool guys were all AWESOME and made the stay enjoyable, so much so that we could iverlook the minor issues. However check out they said was 11:00 but the confirmation email stated it was 12:00.

Drinks were great. Had Captain Morgan, Modelo on tap, Canadian Club, etc. Specislty drinks were awesome like mango margarita. Rooms were great also- big and clean. Food was just ok..,.and I’m not picky. Beach was rocky but pool was great. Lots of 50 to 70 year olds. A few families. Very quiet. Music poolside was awful. Sounded like dentist office music. They needed to be playing anything tropical music. Great location. Walkable to Malecón boardwalk. Felt totally safe. Would go back.

We loved our time!! Our favorite restaurant for lunch was the Sunset Restaurant! Luis, Isidro, Jamie, Miguel and Ricardo were amazing!! They remembered our order, drinks, and allergies! We literally came everyday for lunch!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and most importantly, attentive! They made us feel so special! They do a great dinner service too! Can’t wait to be back! Also- Wendy at the front desk was amazing! She helped us find the perfect room for us! plus Gloria in the buffet area was so sweet and a great help! plus the servers like Celso on the beach were amazing!

The staff are really lovely on the whole. The breakfast buffet is good, especially because of the lady who makes the eggs. The quality of the food is ok, but not great. We ate once at the Mexican restaurant and it was bad. Adan is a fantastic motivator!

The staff was amazing. Very polite and worked hard and making sure you had plenty of beverages and food. Also, you can’t beat the view from the pool side patio. Was able to see whales a few times a day. Beautiful creatures!

Room was very clean, bed was firm, most of the staff were amazing. Had a couple that were not very nice. Victor at one of the poolside bars was great and kept the drinks flowing and even the snacks. Nolberto was absolutely awesome, super helpful and kind.Fresh Omelets were yummy for breakfast. Great location.

Great ocean view room on 3rd floor!! Easy access with stairs or elevator. Wonderful friendly staff!! Everything we needed! Taxis always out front to grab anytime! Great location to walk to the Malecon and Zona Romantica too! So many great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to do the all inclusive!

This is not a 5-star hotel. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels in Puerto Vallarta, and compared to those, this hotel feels more like a 4-star property. The service, except for the servers, was not good, and the rooms were very small We wanted to make a reservation at the restaurant and were told it was fully booked, but when we politely asked again and went there, we noticed the restaurant was almost empty, with only two tables occupied 😀

Check in process was a bit disorganized and led right into the timeshare/upsell which we were not interested in. Food was pretty average. Little things like limits on the number of bottles of water you could get per day made you feel like you were being nickel and dimed.
