We were welcomed by Wendy at the check in desk that went beyond to help change our room. Hotel manager Julio stepped in also to make our stay feel as a valued guest. We had the best pool server Michelle that made us feel so special. The central location is so convenient to restaurants and the Malacon. We just wish the dinner buffet could be better in choices!

Friendly staffs, cleaness, safety, everything was satisfactory. The food was a little disappointing as there weren't a lot of options, but it was still enough to have a good time with my family.
