Overall great experience. Service was incredible everyone was nice and attentive. Food was good. Rooms were good. Beach was nice. Location was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Maybe only the gym can use improvement so if you don’t care for that then you’re set!

We really enjoyed this resort. The customer service cannot be beat. The entire staff is extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and hardworking — they’re amazing!! The food at the buffet was some of the best I’ve had at any resort. Though, maybe not so much their one reservation-based restaurant — at least, not for this vegetarian. Overall, an awesome resort in a great location! 4.8 stars all day long. I’m ready to go back!

Great stay at Buena Ventura Grand!! The staff is super professional, friendly, catered to our every need!! Miguel amd Victor are amazing attentive bartenders! Knew exactly what we were drinking as soon as we sat down at the bar! Jimmi server in the buffet was the best! Took excellent care of us! Property is super clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable.. will stay here again in the near future..

Nothing WOW, but still a very good stay. Very clean and good service. I would prefer a bit softer beds, an more choose at mini bare. But I would still recommend as a good place for family time.
