This hotel fits our needs perfectly. We thought we would stay one week but we are staying six weeks maybe more.

The cleaning lady is fantastic. She changes the bed linens, sweeps and mops the floors. She changes out the towels every day and provides bottled water and coffee daily. Soap, shampoo and body lotion provided. There are two bedrooms, living area and dining and kitchen. Air conditioning and smart tv in the units. I’m loving it. Our two week vacation has turned into six weeks. The pool is magnificent.

Misamaloya is in the south end of the bay on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta. Definitely a more relaxed local feel the being in Puerto Vallarta. I don't need a lot of dining options, and like places that have a small kitchenette so I can prepare my own food. But there are some local options. Hospitality was very good,

The property is beautiful. There is a turtle and fish pool with a little bridge you can walk across. The main pool is huge . There is a children’s pool and a jacuzzi for adults only. The landscaping and the surroundings are amazing. The river is something to see with its wood bridge you can walk across. It is a short walk to the main road where you can get the public bus going to downtown Puerto Vallarta. The trip is about 30 minutes passing the beaches. It is a lovely trip. The rooms are clean the cleaning woman comes every day. Everyone is friendly. I have two schnauzers and we paid a one time fee. We were coming for a week, this is our fourth week and we are thinking of another week or two. We love it

I liked that the room was clean and attended to nicely, but the condition of the building was of concern. The pool looked a bit moldy and the pond at the entrance wreaked horribly.

This property is next to the river surrounded by beautiful trees. It is walkable to the beach. There are boats to take you to other islands or for a few hours snorkelling. It’s amazing. We have extended our visit three times. And dogs friendly. One price regardless of days booked. We are living it. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
The river is clear and beautiful

The oil is relaxing and the jacuzzi to for adults only.

We loved the jacuzzi. It was perfect for us, adults only. The pool had water jetted into the pool it was good to lean my sore hip into the water. It was hydrotherapy. I loved it

This is an older hotel, rooms are tiny. Pool has seen better days. No elevator in the premises and the parking is on the street, it can be hard to park on weekends. The garden is beautiful, and it is a breeze to walk to the beach. And it has a pharmacy right outside as well as an small convenience store.

Every year we stay at Casa Iguana for a month we love it there its such a beautiful place that staff and house cleaners are so nice and accommodating the hotel restaurant is really great too. It’s quiet and relaxing Canela the hotel dog is so sweet. We will miss her. See you next year.

El cuarto está muy bien, en excelentes condiciones. Lo único malo es que Hotel Casa Iguana se encuentra del otro lado de la carretera y hay que cruzarla para llegar a la playa.
