The food was the worst I have ever had a resort. No flavor. Same limited menu. Options for various food tastes which was nice but all food just tasteless. Any meat was quite chewy. We ate outside of the resort 2 of the 5 nights for dinner. I don’t like to leave a review like this but please be warned. The staff was amazing and food was not their fault. We regretted staying here.

I cannot say enough about what a great experience my family had at this property!!! We paid a little more for ocean front on the 7th floor Worth it!!!! We had a personal concierge Javier who was amazing!!! I lost my phone in a taxi after tequila tasting and he tracked it down he’s literally the best concierge I’ve ever dealt with!! I live in Las Vegas so I’ve had some great experiences but Javier was by far the best❤️ The resort was a little dated but lovely and very clean. The food was great, plenty of choices. The drinks were also great they consistently offered doubles and shots. All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. I did not try the spa because just down the beach we met Lupe and her son Sky $35 for an hour massage and it was really good. I definitely recommend going to puerto Vallarta to shop and do activities it you have time. We went to the private island with Varrita Adventures. Pricy but also worth it.

Paid for an upgrade that was not wheelchair accessible room went back to the checkin to be told they can downgrade us but not refund us as it’s hotel policy to not do refunds. After many days got a girl that gave me an internal refund form I have to complete via my bank and email back with all my most valuable information and pray I get my money back. No such luck, total loss and now I’m paranoid of fraud. Also nothing to do at this resort, you need a cab everywhere that it’s not convenient. Book somewhere else!

Resort suites need maintenance attention. Food, over 2 weeks, remained the same, with little variation, in all six restaurants. Nothing 'spectacular', aside from the wait staff. On-site staff was 'over the top', offering help in every area, restricted only by what they could provide, trying their best and working hard, although often understaffed in many areas. Fiesta is trying to improve, but a slow process, with a lovely property that could yet be 'top tier'.

The room is in good condition. The staff are friendly. The building is old and the elevators need work. One was shut-down for 5 days. The food situation needs much improvement. The buffet was closed for dinner 4 out of the 7 nights we were there, and then only 3 or 4 other options. Those options include restuarants that may not be appealing to everybody - such as sushi. Most entrees are very small as well.

Rooms,staff and customer service were great. It is very misleading the photo with Villa Magna which is most of the room are condos and not part of the hotel. The pool bathrooms need upgrading, lack of any real entertainment like the Rui. The Italian, Mexican and sushi were great. Did not care for the menu on the Mediterranean restaurant although it looked like the ambiance was nice.

We had an excellent stay here. It’s quiet, the beach is stunning and clean, staff was exceptional. Shout out to Javier, Cesar, Alan, and Leo! The food was fantastic, we did go to a nearby restaurant called riviera grill that we’d highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

Staff were all great. Generally the facilities were run down and in disrepair. The gym equipment was old and not functioning properly. Only one elevator was operating all week with no sign of trying to fix it. Only one urinal out of three working in bathroom by the pool. No sign of effort to repair. Quality of food was mediocre and portions too small. The Thai restaurant turned out to be a sushi bar with slow service and barely anything to eat. We saw most of the people filling up at the buffet after leaving. No evening entertainment. Quality of beds and umbrellas at the pool was substandard; no cushions, umbrellas don't adjust. We will never go back and certainly wouldn't recommend it. We stayed there when it was Dreams which was superior.

The rooms and grounds were overall clean and well kept. Rooms were comfortable and big. The food at the restaurants was quite good, but they really controlled portions. We learned to ask to keep a menu to order more. We didn't indulge. The restaurants seemed under staffed as well. The lunch restaurant near the beach was fantastic, mostly due to the great staff. They actually put the effort in, offering drink of the day, food suggestions, and checking in to see how we were doing. They never stopped smiling. (This restaurant felt like a 5 star experience.) The waiters during the afternoon around the pool and beach tried hard, but why weren't there more? Those guys had to work so hard to try keep up, but they never slowed down. No night shows. They tried karaoke, but it felt like happy hour at a seniors home. No activities during the day. We've been to quite a few all inclusive resorts and this one lacked effort. The overall feel was empty and boring. If you already booked this, don't worry, it wasn't bad. You enjoy the food and drinks. Food, rooms, bars 4 stars. Overall feel of the place, 3 stars.
