PENTHOUSE #1 :
Let's start with Penthouse Verde. When you enter this sixth-floor penthouse, you feel renewed thanks to a lightning bolt of energy emanating from its bold, key lime green walls, its twisting wrought iron-and-glass entryway table, and its iconic longhorn skull adorned with a delicately embroidered mask.

As you tour the living space, you are struck by the sleek black breakfast bar stools, black table and chairs for six, midnight black sofa and coffee table, and the black-and-grey armchairs all atop an evocative animal pelt resting on the 14" terracotta floor tiles.

The art in this immaculate villa is wonderfully unique with documentary photographs of Mexican families framed in stark white frames hanging on every wall.
The dance of jet black and splashes of local color continues into the first of two king bedrooms with its ornate noir headboard, side tables, and matching toile lamps, all of which are cut by an eye-popping pink-and-white bedspread and multi-colored throw pillows. The master bedroom is dressed in rich woods, whites and teals, with the key lime walls pulling everything together. In the attached master bathroom, you can indulge in the oversized jetted Jacuzzi tub with light pouring in from book-ended windows. Continue along the bathroom hallway to find a corner sink with its gorgeous ornate mirror, huge glass stall shower, and toilet. The second bathroom also features a blue-tiled sunken tub with rain shower head, sink, and toilet.

Sit comfortably on one of two long black sofas or stretch out on the tufted chaise lounge, and watch parasails take flight, boats bob in the waves, and the sun set on the horizon atop Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica.

One of the two king bedrooms is a sleek, romantic hideaway with a secret, shaded patio to watch sunsets during a romantic vacation. The master bedroom-with extended views of the sea beyond the living room and outdoor patio-has a colossal, hand-carved wooden chifforobe and a headboard for a king bed draped in pinks. Both bathrooms offer the relaxation of sunken jetted tile bathtubs with rain shower heads above, punched tin mirrors, ornate tile work in the sinks, and one-of-a-kind wood furniture pieces.
