Coming upon the building was a bumpy ride due to all the potholes and rocks. The building is situated to block the morning sun; the pools and part of the beach is shaded. Genius. The room is south facing, no morning or setting sun to blind us. The front door opens to the bedroom and we can see the view from the entrance. The front door does not block out the outside noise (firework), and the backdoor to the balcony does block out the noise well (music blasting from neighbors). The bed and pullout sofa is hard, not firm. There is also a constant night light from the bedroom window from the building hallway lights. We didn't cook, but used the oven. If there are toddlers, the oven door gets really hot if using. The fridge has a water dispenser, but it's not connected to a filter. It's just a container to hold water. The kids and I enjoyed the apartment and the staff at the building were very nice. Monica is fast in responding also. We had a great stay.
