The location downtown is awesome and the place feels like it’s treated with love. Staff was very helpful and the housekeepers were great. The amenities are spartan but so are the prices. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I wanted. Great location and that old world feel of PVR. We loved our king suite and views. Just be ready for stairs no elevator. The staff were great and helpful. Close to everything. Easy walking. Even our snorkle trip pick us up two blocks away. I also recommend Fluffy's for breakfast. For the price well worth it.

The building is older, but has lots of charm. The rooms were very clean. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants and lots of shopping in easy walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully kept, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a restful night. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it!
