The location downtown is awesome and the place feels like it’s treated with love. Staff was very helpful and the housekeepers were great. The amenities are spartan but so are the prices. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Respectful when entering public spaces. Housekeeping does an amazing job at keeping rooms clean. Grounskeeper does a wonderful job maintaining the hotels charm.

The staff at this hotel are very kind but the management is awful. I would not go back to this hotel nor would I recommend it. We were forced to pay for a broken sink in our room. My husband while looking for the bathroom light switch touched the vanity globe to see if the switch was there and the globe fell into the sink breaking the sink. Obviously the globe was not properly attached, there was one screw and when my husband touched it to see if there was a light switch at the top the entire globe and the electrical wires and bulb fell out of the wall. I understand this is Mexico but before you make your guest pay damage you should ensure the room is safe for them. Additionally the deadbolt on our door was broken and when I tried to turn the bolt, it fell on the ground. I wanted to love this little hotel but because of poor management I will not return.

Excellent service, clean rooms, lovely hotel - staff is attentive without being overbearing, the pool area is well maintained, and the flowers and trees in the hotel are well kept. No issues, had a great time - will be back for sure!

The room held the basics. At check-in they supplied us with free earplugs and explained that the area bars can be late or noisy. Staff was helpful with tour reservations, bus routes, and paths to maneuver through the area. The front desk was staffed 24 hours a day with people who spoke both Spanish and English. The room staff was very friendly and helpful with offers to clean the room on a daily basis.

Our first time in PV. We loved staying downtown in the hustle and bustle of it all. Hotel Posada de Roger was perfectly located, clean, with authentic architecture and tons of plants. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in future.
