Luxurious retreat with Private Pool & Modern Mexican Charm! 2BD Condo for rent i

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor of a 5 unit boutique complex in a quiet neighbourhood on top of a hill and only six blocks to the Malecon boardwalk and the best restaurants the Puerto Vallarta has to offer. This condo is adorned with custom features and current amenities while respecting the mexican charm that many properties have long lost. This property also features a covered terrace with private dipping pool that is the perfect retreat after a day out or for a day in!

Living Room/Dining
The living room is open concept to the kitchen and dining areas all which are adjacent to the covered terrace and pool. A 42" Smart TV with Roku is perfect for a comfortable movie night on the sectional sofa if you so choose, or a beautiful spot to relax and unwind or entertain guests. The adjacent dining room has a beautiful wood dining table with room for 6 to enjoy a meal together.

Kitchen
The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove, polished concrete counters, custom backsplash, and open concrete upper shelving. This kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you can imagine for the comforts of a home gourmet kitchen.

Terrace
There is a large covered terrace with a dipping pool located at one end that is perfect for star gazing. The private terrace has both sofa and chair seating as well as an outdoor BBQ kitchen. This is a very unique feature for a condo and really makes this feel like a private home garden rather than a condo terrace. It is simply amazing!

Principal Bedroom
The large principal bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom also has direct access to the terrace and pool!

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and access to the full bath accessed through the hallway. This room also has direct access to the terrace.

Day Room
There is an additional room off alongside of the pool that has a single bed. This is perfect for a quiet afternoon nap or is also perfect as a third bedroom.
