Stunning condo! beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo, in the gorgeous Grand Venetian Condominiums, Puerto Vallarta
The condo is on the 26th floor of Tower 3. The views are incredible! Come and see for yourself!!
Both the master suite and the living room feature corner balconies, with beautiful sliding glass doors, that open for an airy indoor outdoor feel.
The master suite includes a king size bed, luxurious linens, a private corner balcony and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a private balcony , bathroom and beautiful mountain views. Can be configured as 2 twins or king bed.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances, glassware etc that you will need.

The Grand Venetian, has been a favorite vacation destination for my husband, myself and our children for the past 5 years. The beachfront, the gardens, the multiple infinity pools are world class. For all these reasons we chose to finally buy our condo here. And now we will are ready to share it with you and your family.

We enjoyed the property very much, except, the 'noise' level was underrated in the description. So much so that we sometimes left the premises to get away from the constant loud music with the same disco beat for several hours beginning quite early in the afternoon. It's a five on all attributes with the exception of the noise. Location, people, managers, owner and staff, all A++

Great place

Gorgeous deck, with amazing views. Comfy furniture inside & out. Good supply of bath & beach towels. The resort is great- onsite restaurant has good food & not expensive. The gym has a wide range of equipment, there's 2 tennis courts which you can reserve. We were able to get deck chairs & beach chairs every day w/o going early. Only complaint (not the owner's fault) is the extremely loud music coming from the resort next door on the weekend evenings. We'd come back.

Grand Venetian- very nice complex

Very nice condo on the 26th floor. great views. Owner was very responsive when we asked for more lamps. Only drawback is music from the condo complex next door which has loud music Thursday - Sunday. Had to shut the balcony doors to block out as much of the sound as possible. Grand Venetian is a lovely complex with restaurant and spa.

Great unit for all things PV. Fantastic views of the bay and city. Walk out of the tower to 5 pools and the beach. Paddle boarded every morning. Rays , dolphins , and whales frequently seen. Walking distance to neighborhood cafes, restaurants, and markets.

Practically perfect

Apartment was nicest we'ver ever stayed in: wonderful views, beautifully decorated, fully-functioning kitchen, well-maintained building, great pools. Only drawback was booming bad music, but this was limited to 3 days or so and stopped by 11 PM - certainly had nothing to do with excellence of the property. We would reccomend this place to anyone.

Don't Miss Out on the Breathtaking Balcony Sunsets

I will start out by saying that the sunsets from the balcony were incredible. There were views from all of the windows with so much natural light which we loved. The unit was very clean and had the necessities needed to get started. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was really nice and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus! There was also a water dispenser in the unit where we could buy water for 32 (50 w/ tip) pesos. That was really great to have. We loved that there were multiple pools with different temperatures, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the location for shopping, dining or hopping on a bus to the marina or the Malecon/downtown PV (or wherever!) was very convenient and inexpensive too. Costco and La Comer (really nice and new super market) were both walking distance or a short cab ride. As others have noted, it can get a bit noisy but there's not much you can do about that. The beach club is on the weekends and does shut down by 8 or 9pm I think but the hotel next door does have constant entertainment and the hospital is not too far so you can hear the ambulances pretty regularly. But, the positives certainly outweigh the noise. Overall, it was a great experience and Penelope was outstanding to work with! We will be back next year!

The view was great. The Condo was lacking in dishes and lighting. There was no light above the mirror in the washroom my wife had to use the bedroom mirror. Had to use the dish washer everyday as the dishes were few. Bed in 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable. With a few improvements this could be a great vacation get away.

Beautiful Family Getaway

This property is gorgeous and this unit is particularly lovely, with gorgeous views of the ocean and PV. It is an easy bus or cab ride to many grocery stores as well as downtown. There are also several restaurants nearby. The check in process was a little confusing, as we were passed between two managers. Without a cell phone connected to a network it would be difficult. We also encountered some push back from a few owners at the resort this year when we attempted to use the luggage carts. We have stayed in this community a few times and this year there was a nightclub across the street that was playing excessively loud music until the early morning hours on the weekends. While this can’t be controlled by the owners, it’s something to consider and plan ahead for. (Take earplugs) This unit is well maintained and was well stocked for dishes and linens. The master bed was very comfy, the single beds in the second room were on the firm side. Thank you for hosting and hopefully we can come again next year!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We traveled to PV with our 3 small children (5, 3 and 6 months). This condo was perfect for our stay. It has everything you need and wonderful views. Penelope and Jason (the property manager) are very responsive and help to ensure you have the best stay possible. The bed in the master bedroom is the comfiest bed I've slept on in Mexico! This is our second time at the Grand Venetian and will return.

Awesome place

We had a great stay at the Grand Venetian June 8-15. The place has amazing views and is a 6.00 USD can ride to downtown. I I brought two of my three kids there for vacation. They have said it’s their best vacation. The pool and beach are unreal. If you’re thinking about going to Puerto Vallarta, would definitely recommend Penelope’s place. She could not have been any easier to deal with....and if you’re Irish like us, bring sunscreen!

Great views but has some issues with management

2 bathrooms and only 1/2 roll of toilet tissue in the master. None in the 2nd bath. No facial tissue. First concern had to be a store for basic supplies which should have been provided. Chairs were too modern and uncomfortable. No lounge chairs on balconies. Mattress was old and no longer level. Manager handed us off to someone else to check us in. Jamie’s only concern was to sell us excursions. Jason didn’t follow through and was difficult to track down when we needed to leave. Two different people from the property had to assist me to have him come to check us out. Scenery was great. Pool was usually crowded and had chair hogging. Very noisy with festival for the month, night club open until 4 am and resort partying next door. Great location but will not return.

Spacious haven for a holiday

We stayed in this condo June 28 - July 5, 2018. (family of 4) The condo is beautifully furnished, extremely spacious and has amazing views! Having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms was great! It could accommodate 6 people comfortably, with the kids and/or teenagers sleeping on the wide sofa. Having a washer dryer in the unit is a definite plus! Penelope's responses were fast and concise, reason I felt comfortable when confirming the reservation! The only negative point is the security on the grounds .... tooooo much is like not enough! Towards the end of the week, I felt very annoyed with the security guards would ask for my name and room number & tower when going out of the property and onto the beach, even WITH my bracelet on???? come on.... enough already!!! I think a sofa lounge would be nice to have on the balcony in addition to the high chairs & table on the balcony. It would be more comfortable as opposed to the high legged chairs. Overall, a great experience, Thank you Penelope for sharing your haven with us!

Very nice 2 bedroom Condo on the 26th floor

We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for 20 years and rented many units. This one is at the Grand Venetian complex and sis well located. One of the best parts of this complex is it has a very good restaurant vs. a snack bar like most other condo projects. The unit has 2 very equal bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. You have great sunsets views and a view back toward the mountains. It's location make it very accessible to the downtown area as well as the Marina with it's great restaurants and shopping. We found this unit to be very comfortable and the owner is easy to work with. Penelope is very interested in having happy renters. We will return and use this condo again

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand Venetian. Right on the beach and you can't beat the view. Condo had everything we needed and the property manager Alexis tended to our needs when little things came up. Bed in master bedroom was very comfy. The beds in the other bedroom are a little smaller and not good for our kids who are both over 6 ft tall but they made them work. Security staff does an excellent job as well and all staff there are so friendly. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks so much Penelope for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Beautiful resort and condo. Excellent to deal with.

Penelope and her family were excellent to deal with. Communication was very quick and very fluent by email. Penelope and her husband Keith welcomed my wife and I to the condo where we all met and had a chance to see the rooms and the property. The condo is equipped with a smart tv and internet with Netflix and Tune In radio which made living very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to live along with a BBQ on the deck outside for enjoyable evening dinners. Beds were very comforting and soft another highlight for Mexico living. The condo has more than enough living space for 4 people to live as my 2 children visited and stayed in the second room in separate single beds. Penelope has a property manager who lives on the resort and is there to help out if needed and speaks excellent English and only a phone call or email away if help is needed. The staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful when needed. Security on the grounds is excellent and very safe as no one without a room number and arm band is allowed on the property. They insure and check on that and are very watchful. The resort is very central and taxis are readily available and a cost of 50 pesos will get you to local grocery stores and mall. You can walk if you choose which is about 15 mins. Loved the poolside quiet and relaxed, no load music or craziness in the pool Restaurant has very good food and very good prices ,staff is very nice and good service. There is a new outdoor mall next door to the resort currently with a few shops as it's brand new and I'm sure will be filling up in the near future for more shopping. Nice place to walk around in. We have been traveling to PV for 20 years and will be looking to stay at the Grand Venetian again next year.

Great Condo Close to Beach

We stayed in this condo for 2 1/2 weeks in late January & February 2017 and give it a excellent rating. The unit is new, clean and well equipped. Our interactions with the owner and on site property manager were timely and professional. We very much enjoyed the on site pools and and easy access to the beach and the stunning sunsets. We would strongly recommend this unit.

Modern, clean unit on the beach with great views

Penelope, the owner, was great to work with, very professional and responsive. An onsite agent was also available if we needed anything. The unit was well equipped, had fabulous views of the whole bay and had great ventilation (rarely needed air conditioner). The unit and everything in it was brand new. In fact, the tower in which it is located was still being partially constructed (hence only 4 stars). It is part of a large three tower project with several pools and beach cabanas. Most of the pools were pretty crowded poolside. There is a restaurant onsite that is great for lunch. Penelope recommended several restaurants downtown and a great breakfast place nearby. I'd follow her recommendations. You won't go wrong! The property itself is located in a newer part of town, and is about a 20 - 30 minute cab ride to the malecon and the old part of town (but it cost only $5 each way). The security in the project was excellent (but security staff not particularly friendly), and the area itself seemed very safe. It was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, so I don't know how the experience compares to staying closer to the hub of activity. We were only there two nights and spent our days at the project and went to the old part of town in the evenings, so we don't really feel we know much about Puerto Vallarta, but the condo was a great place to stay for a couple of days.
