We had numerous issues with the unit including AC and Fridge not functioning during our stay. Also the Murphy beds were not comfortable and lots of loud traffic noise from highway below

Perfect Location

Beautiful property right at the edge of the Romantica Zone. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The rooftop pool and lounge were amazing and peaceful with amazing views of the bay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Fabulous Condo

Arriving into your lux condo via private elevator sets the tone for what to expect. Every need was met at the property. Excellent walkable location to dining, bars, and the beach. The roof top pool with bar and food was spectacular. Will 100% stay here again.

This was our first time staying at SoHo PV after traveling to Old Town PV for almost 20 years. We were a long-term rental, deciding to stay 3 weeks. Pros: Great location. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 mins to the beach and it's near all the great restaurants. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and very well maintained. The communication with the rental management was excellent. The views from the patio balcony are stunning! Cons: The unit was not clean. The linens were not fresh, and the rugs were very worn and dirty. The trash cans were filthy. The furniture looks good in the pictures but are very worn and could use good cleaning/shampoo. We ended up washing all the bedding upon arrival. We did have to ask housekeeping to come up and mop & vacuum upon arrival. There are termites or ants that are eating away at both wooden Murphy beds, and the bugs are creating a mess on and around the beds. (See photos) The most discouraging issue was the air conditioning. The air blowing out of the vents was dirty and smelled like mold and/or ammonia. We called to have the AC looked at but it was never actually fixed. The smell in the unit was unbearable at times, often giving us sinus issues and headaches. All the vents were blowing dirty, wet air out of the AC ducts (see photos). There was also mold forming on the ceiling due to the AC issues. (See photo). We were assured that the filters were recently changed, but we couldn't tell. The air quality in the condo was very, very poor.
