The property is well taken care of, but not what I expected. Seems the motel was more of a quick overnight stay for someone with a car. The owners were kind and gave good directions to get into Quebec city by using public transportation. She even gave us the correct change to take the bus & then the ferry so as to board the cruise ship the next day. All in all, it was a good stay but not ideal for sight seeing, or even locating a restaurant. The breakfast was good for $10. No real complaints about the establishment.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and very good break

Pros: We liked the size of the room, convenience to highways, and friendlt-helpful staff.
Cons: handicapped parking spaces close to entry would have been helpful.
Location: We stayed during Quebec's Summer Festival and there was plenty to do there. The hotel was a respite from the hectic days.
We needed a place close to Quebec (we used the Levis-Quebec ferry) to make traveling easy. Finding the right hotel for a family of five (3 teenage boys and two grandparents) isnot always easy but this hotel filled our needs exactly.
