Nice lobby. No Hilton Honors gold privileges recognized because I booked through Expedia. The room was very warm even though it was relatively cool outside. The room itself was kind of sparse. Hotel location is far from city centre, it's more ideally located if you're driving out of the city.

Our road trip in Iceland we tried different types of lodging ( guesthouses , farm type , etc ) Stayinng in a Hilton was a nice reprieve from the smaller places ( which we loved ) gave us city folks to enjoy a little “ luxury “ like plush towels , shower heads that are amazing , shampoo and conditioner Our stay there was just what we needed !

Great Stay

Easy access to highways for airport and Highway 1. Stayed one night in the King Suite: room was very clean, and bed plus pillows were luxurious. Enjoyed the soaking tub after a long day. Reception and restaurant staff were professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

The property was nice convenient to town and alot of tours pickup there. They need to extend hours in the spa and main restaurant being they have tours leaving early and coming back late that would offer an even better experience.

We kept having problems with our door lock that required us to keep going back to the desk to get new keys. The area around the hotel is very busy on a major street.

It was the worst stay ever.. noisy.. bed split in the middle due to attaching 2 single beds together with only thin sheet on top!!!
