Great location between Ipanema and Copacabana. This is important for walking my puppy who likes to get to his favorite coffeeshops in both districts :) Everybody knows him in the Zona Sul.The apartment is perfect for one person and his puppy.Gisele has always been very responsive and made sure that any need or concern is being addressed and taken care of.Thank you

Gisele was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my stay. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and consistently cheerful in every interaction. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for one person and his puppy . The electronic lock made both check-in and check-out effortless and stress-free.The location could not have been better for me — situated right between my favorite areas of Ipanema and Copacabana, both within about a 15-minute walk.I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back.Thank you again, Gisele

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Not as advertised

The unit was not in a safe location, the building had 8 foot fences around it, looked like a condemned building, the unit itself was not suitable for anyone over 5’10”. I’m 6’2” 210lbs and literally could not fit in the shower and had to brush my teeth standing outside the bathroom because the toilet and sink were to close together for me to stand. I arrived at 11pm and left by 11am the next morning because I couldn’t stay there for a whole week. When I contacted the host, she was not helpful, refused to give me a refund and told me to contact Vrbo. When I tried to contact Vrbo to request refund, all I got was moved from one AI generated response to another. This was my first time using the service and I am very disappointed in the experience.
