Nice hotel in a great location.
This is a nice hotel right across from the beach. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was really good. An ATM in the lobby makes getting local money easy. I had a sea view room with a balcony which was great for sunset viewing. It is a bit noisy, there’s an open atrium from the roof to the lobby so voices echo but it may have been because I was right below the pool. Also the balcony door didn’t lock.

The hotel is of good quality, clean and employees very attentive, plus the water from the shower does not heat up.

It was the worst experience of my stay. The hotel is very dated with paint chipping off windows, and wood chipping off cabinets. Windows do not filter any noises, they are all stained and dingy. The bed sheets were very old and dirty. We couldn't sleep at all with the noise from the street and very itchy sheets. Manager Gabriela was not helpful at all in helping with refund and even though the hotels.com team tried to reach the staff-they were not responding with a refund request after my terrible 1-night stay. The location is great on the beach but everything else about this hotel is terrible.

The furniture is pretty old they don’t have a Wi-Fi. If they have doesn’t work and the people that work in the reception it’s very rude.

The hotel has very poor facilities. The reception staff can not understand english. Upon checking in we had a very difficult time. The bedsheets were spread only on one half of the bed. On informing reception, they kept repeating that all rooms are the same. There is no kettle to heat water and no provision to make tea or coffee. No shower gel. Very basic amenities. Practically the bare room without adequate blankets. Only one blanket for two double beds. Take it just for the views of Copacabana beach. Keep NO other expectations
