Habitación y baño sucios y con pobre mantenimiento
El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La atención de los empleados de la recepción es buena aunque, en ocasiones, hay una sola persona atendiendo y muchos huéspedes esperando ser atendidos. Las habitaciones son silenciosas y casi no se siente ruido de las otras habitaciones o del pasillo, lo cual es bueno. Los colchones y almohadas son cómodos pero se ven sucios. Mi observación desfavorable tiene relación con la limpieza de la habitación. Había cosas chorreadas por los huéspedes anteriores en las paredes y el espejo del baño. Yo limpié eso con paños húmedos y salió sin problema. Hay hongos en el marco de la puerta del baño y en las uniones de los azulejos de la ducha. Hay marcas de humedad en una pared del baño. Las toallas están viejas y ajadas. Para la ropa de cama, solo pusieron sábanas arriba del cobertor y no debajo que es la parte que está en contacto con el cuerpo. Hay polvo y pelusas en las paredes y muebles. Un día no me dejaron toallas en la habitación y otro día tuve que pedir que hagan la limpieza porque eran las 6 de la tarde y no la habían hecho. Da la idea de que el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento no tiene ninguna supervisión. La limpieza de una habitación de hotel es un tema fundamental para mi y mi familia y este hotel no cumplió mis expectativas para un alojamiento de 3 estrellas.
