The location, price and quality fit perfectly for my needs and budget. The check-in was easy and I received a room upgrade. Also, when I first made the reservation, I accidently made it for the wrong date. This was corrected without any penalty.

Banging on the walls like someone was trying to get in your room, dark and dirty cops and rescue were in and out as something was going on in the room next to me. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room only had a king bed. We booked 2 double beds. The door could be opened without a key. The rug was dirty. There was leftover food in frig. There clothing left in the dresser. The breakfast was a muffin and coffee. There was a toaster and a microwave and a picture of other breakfast food.. I asked for a different room but they said it was there last one. Tbe paint was falling off the bathroom walls tbe bed was clean

Pleasant desk staff morning and night, check-in/out easy, room clean, bed comfortable. However, the included 'on the go' breakfast consisted of one choice of muffin, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. I specifically look for hotels where breakfast is included when booking and don't expect too much, but not even cold cereal or something to put in the toaster (they had a toaster).

Wall paper was peeling off wall. Door security lock missing clasp. Bathroom sink faucet was not secured.

This place was a fine option for the money. The lobby and hallways could use renovation, but were otherwise fine. Our particular room was in largely good condition, but had damage to the tub that had been repaired with duct tape.
