Superb apartment just renovated, quiet and very bright! Large spaces for 4 people, large covered terrace, 24h concierge service, paid parking available in the building. 3 Smart TVs, full kitchen and living room with dining table. 2 steps from Piazza della Repubblica and 8 minutes walk from Termini, perfectly connected by Metro, Bus and Taxi.
The fantastic view of the National Roman Museum and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri from the 16th century is a plus not to be missed!
Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.
In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a sweet or continental breakfast which will be delivered directly to your apartment.

Nice but needs a few things..
The apartment is a nice size for 2-4 people in an offbeat but interesting building. The view is great, AC is good, very safe and quiet location. The property managers were very helpful.
This property needs better quality sheets, pillows and — to the property owner— please please put a padding of some sort on these painfully hard mattresses! Additionally, there were absolutely no essential basics such as sugar, salt or pepper, no waters, none of the minimal offerings you would expect to find in any VRBO rental. It would also be nice to have a full set of patio furniture on the nice balcony. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the sunset and views.

Wonderful stay in new apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, new and well stocked. The air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable. And our hosts left a few complimentary drinks in the fridge.
