Our room was perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Nice neighborhood, close to public transit and restaurants. There is a small finicky elevator that can be used to access the 4th floor, but we chose the stairs most of the time except with luggage. There is a small kitchen that is shared with other guests at the hotel, right off our suite. Overall a good hotel for us.
