We had a nice stay. Appreciated the pool and breakfast in the morning. The cab ride to Rome is about 25 to 30 euros. There is not much around the hotel.

It's a transit hotel, located a long distance from the city center and the airport. The location isn't ideal. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and pool are pleasant. The rooms need renovation; they look dated, especially the bathrooms, which are very basic. The lobby smells wonderful, but the hallways and rooms have a musty odor.

The room we had, had a broken toilet. Nearly every time we flushed we needed a maintenance man to fix it. This was annoying and meant we used the lobby toilet quite frequently so we didn’t enjoy the stay as much as we would have. Breakfast was great, pool was great and so were the staff.

We booked this hotel for one night because it had a pool and was close to the airport with transportion to the airport. The pool area was really nice although my kids weren't happy with the swim cap rule. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and locations to visit. This hotel is far for the "heart of Rome" though so I wouldn't stay here again unless we are just looking for a night stay before leaving. The reason for my low score was in the bar/restaurant area. There was a lot going on at the time we were there, a wedding and a conference so lots of people. The bartender was on her own doing both the bar and the waitressing for the restaurant. She was overwhelmed and it was completely unfair to her and all the guests waiting to be served. Nobody said anything to any of us waiting and just walked by like we didn't exist. They should have been better prepared for the increase in activity.
