We were very happy to find this hotel when we found out our actual hotel was in France which was not our destination. We ended up close to every where we wanted to visit, This hotel was very affordable and the staff was accommodating and amazing. If you are going to Rome for a short time this hotel is a must.

We stayed 3 nights and changed our plans with an earlier departure. The evening and weekend were very helpful. The internet was spotty most of the times. The interior bathroom knob was missing. The mattresses were average quality. It is a standard room at a standard hotel. We had a rental car which made parking difficult, it was mentioned on expedia. The closest Termini station is a great value.

Clean and spacious room with a very good a/c. Amazing location 5 minutes from the Roma Termini train station and 15 mins from the Colosseum. Very friendly staff and perfect for a short stay.

Property is a hospital turned into hotel. Checking in was easy thru self service but a bit of a startle if you aren’t expecting to walk into a hospital. Has a very hospital feel in the lobby and hallways but once in the room no sense of hospital room. Smells a bit weird in lobby and hallways not drastically awful but unpleasant.

Hotel is located within walking distance of Termini station. All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of around 20-30 minutes. The metro is also close by and makes transport even easier. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful, reminding us to make use of the water cooler in reception. The room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and spotless, bed was firm but comfortable. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a short break. We didn't hear any noise from the street. Noise from other guests depends on how courteous they are when they're walking around the corridor. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. For what we paid I couldn't fault the hotel in anyway.

The staff was amazing. I had an issue and the manager did not have to help me solve it, but they did! When your on vacation in a place as touristy as Rome, it was an incredible relief that someone wanted to help us without getting anything for themselves
