The room was very comfortable. Light show in the bathroom was cool. Only complaint is that there is no sign on the door of the hotel so it was really hard to find. We walked around the building a couple of times. It would also be helpful if staff were there at check in time.

We arrived later in the day, so our only contact with the staff was through email and text. They were very professional and courteous. We asked the day before for a shuttle to the airport and they set it up right away for the following morning. The room was very clean and updated and very close to good restaurants near the Tiber River. For just staying 1 night, excellent service and highly recommend!
